The Villa is located at Kokkinias street in the settlement of "Monodendri Hill” in the wider area of Patras. It is situated within a property of 5,000 square meters with an olive grove at a distance of 8 km from the centre of Patras. The house covers an area of 180 square meters. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attic with a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace offering a spectacular view to the Gulf of Patras.

The house is 800m away from Monodendri beach and dominates on the top of a hill with cypresses.
The house was built in 1989 by a couple of retired bank officers, Ageliki and Andreas Georgopoulos, who invested in it the hard work and the dreams of their entire life. Today the house is maintained by the second and third generations of the family, Neoklis Georgopoulos, Assistant Professor of Endocrinology of Reproduction at the University of Patras, and his daughter, Ageliki, a student of Medicine at the University of Athens.
